Saiful’s Dad can offer Nothing to PKR

by CT Ali@ http://www.freemalaysiatoday.com

Mercenary, turncoat, scum, spin doctor, fiction writer, UMNO mole! Even as I am being called these names, Saiful Bukhari Azlan’s father, Azlan Mohd Lazim, joins PKR a day after insisting that his son was being used by several unscrupulous people, including a special officer to the PM, to fabricate lies against the de facto leader of PKR, Anwar Ibrahim.

AZLAN MOHD LAZIM

Now which part of S.T.U.P.I.D does PKR not understand?First PKR has Johari Abdul facilitating the press conference where Saiful’s father announced that his son was being manipulated by the other side.

The very next day, the same Johari Abdul is there again when Saiful’s father announced that he is joining PKR. Now who is this Johari Abdul? He is the PKR Member of Parliament for Sungai Petani with a Master Degree in Strategic Studies.

Simple rule of thumb for PKR in any future expose: if you want the  Malaysian public to believe that Saiful’s father did all that he did on his own volition, then do not have Johari or any PKR operatives near him when he makes the announcement.

Better still, make sure no PKR operatives are even in the same room, same building, same locality. Why? Because when you do that, then right thinking Malaysians may believe that Saiful’s father is doing it all on his own convictions.

Then if he does want to join PKR, please  give a decent interval between that announcement and having a photo opportunity for Johari Abdul so that the Malaysian public may be persuaded that his joining PKR has got nothing to do with him calling his son a liar who is being manipulated by unscrupulous men connected to Najib.

But this Johari does not seem to have the ability to understand these simple niceties, and he has a Masters in Strategic Studies? Some of you cannot see beyond the tip of your nose, what more the ability to follow the chain of events of why and how things happen in this sandiwara and odious drama that passes for politics in our country.

Ignorance I can understand, but stupidity I cannot tolerate. For me Najib Tun Razak, UMNO and all that are remotely within its sphere of toxicity are a lost cause. So I would prefer to work on what is not yet a lost cause in as far as I am concerned.

Pakatan Rakyat, PKR and Anwar Ibrahim are not a lost cause yet! They potentially can be the future we aspire to. They can potentially be the government we need in Putrajaya. They are our hope for change, but only if they are deserving of our trust and worthy of being leaders capable of good governance.

We are not imbeciles

Anwar Ibrahim (recent)You ask me if I have something against Anwar? Yes I do! He had the opportunity of being PM once – he was just a step away from it happening. All it would have taken for him to be Prime Minister then would not even be 10 % of the effort he has put in the last nine years to get where he is today.

Now again he has been give this opportunity to be the PM designate if Pakatan Rakyat wins government in this 13th general election  – and is he once again going to shot himself in the foot? Of course I am angry! How many politicians have a shot at the PM seat even once? Only Anwar had – and is he going to screw it up again?

And why am I angry? Simply this – I have been blogging for the past three years and all this time I have worked on my blog for Anything But UMNO (ABU). By default Anwar will lead Pakatan into the 13th general election to make ABU a reality because no one else, at this point of time, can do it better.

I am but one of the many thousands of people who have done work for ABU, for Pakatan Rakyat and for Anwar to be the change we want through what I write. However small my contribution has been, it has been work I have done because we have no other choice but Pakatan if we want a new beginning.

And then we see the late P Balasubramaniam, Deepak Jaikishan and this Father of Saiful being put to the fore by PKR, by Anwar to be used by PKR and Anwar as a battering ram against Najib and UMNO. To me this is not acceptable. The events of these last few days have already thrown a spanner into whatever PKR has planned for these questionable characters.

We are not imbeciles, we are not stupid and most certainly we are not going to put up with this kind of politics. If PKR and Anwar insist that there is no other way to win government from BN, then maybe we need to consider if their government is the government we want in Putrajaya.

In closing may I quote what Saravanan Sara commented on what I wrote:

“Semua yang U Turn ini mana boleh pecaya, Dulu cakap satu, sekarang cakap lain. Credibilty mereka ini tak boleh pecaya walaupun di kawasan UMNO atau PKR. Apakah tujuan sebenar mereka ini sanggup gadai maruah keluarga dan negara sebagai seorang Rakyat Malaysia. Yang cakap bukan buta huruf, semua ada pelajaran dan tahu keadaan negara ini jadi apa yang dorong mereka wang!”I rest my case.

  1. The S.M.A.R.T. ones are Saiful and his dad. Make money from both sides. And under the current state of Malaysian politics, why the hell not.

  2. Mazlan, the present politics of corruption, cronyism and “mana aku punya” greed is not sustainable. We have to think beyond ourselves and inculcate ethical values in our younger lot. I am not against making money per se, but I think making money by sheer hard work and risking is the way forward.–Din Merican

  3. PKR is an offshoot of UMNO and so the culture is the same. Remember, Anwar was schooled in politics by Pak Det. He is no different from his former UMNO colleagues. He is so obsessed with power that he will do anything to be Prime Minister, including accepting Saiful’s father who has done a lot to put him through the grinder over Sodomy 2.

We don’t trust him and are surprised that PAS (especially Nik Aziz and the Erdogan faction) is taken up by his promises. We are of two minds about this kid from Cerok Tok Kun/Bukit Mertajam. He could be a bitter disappointment.

  4. DAP and PAS are using Anwar Ibrahim to win GE-13, but they know that PKR is their weakest link with all the bad habits that we associate with UMNO. At least, we know that UMNO is corrupt. PKR is an unknown quantity in this regard.

I don’t trust PKR leaders as some of them have become political kataks in Parliament Nr. 12. That is not going to change as they all can be bought. Just name the price and they will cross over, and Najib knows that well. That is why the Prime Minister is looking unperturbed and relaxed.

  5. Geranimo,
While I concur with your findings, but I don’t Najib is really that relax. Just curious if Najib would dissolve parliament today

  6. People U-turn because they see some material gains for doing so. Also there is no point in stubbornly not doing so when the clear signs are begining to show the direction towards which the wind will blow. It’s nothing to do with any lack of integrity or intellect which they all vehemently claim to possess. RPK is only a follower not a leader in this U-turning exercise. Moreover, staying the course is pure stupidity, at least for these people, when there is a clear danger looming ahead.

  7. I am in absolute agreement with you, aliefalfa. these jerks will u-turn again later, but that doesn’t matter now. use them at this point to arrive at the destination first and then show them what real assholes they are.

  8. We just need to focus on removing BN for now. I am just ignoring all these sandiwara. Hopefully, one day Anwar daughter will be our first female PM. That is all.

  9. it is sad…… the more Najib delays election, the worse the scenario seems for Pakatan. PI Bala died before he could go on with his scheduled road show (may he rest in peace), the way Saiful’s father switched side is suspect, Anwar’s body and verbal language during his recent interview with BFM seems to indicate he is guilty of bi-sexuality. Are all these turn of events, God’s will?

  10. Rosiah,

You are so smart in reading body language. Perhaps we should just dissolve the courts and hire you to read who’s guilty.

  11. Yeah right, rosiah. BN can win big so that Najib can complete his transformation

P.S : It’s meant to be an insult

  12. Let’s focus on what is most important, not on personalities:

Good governance for the future of Malaysia.

Either BN stays in power and Malaysia continues to undergo political decay and go down the drain towards Nigeria-like “failed state” status OR
They get thrown out of power and Malaysia has at least a chance to
move away from its present disastrous path

  13. The responses clearly indicated that symptom of Cognitive Dissonance is in action esp. amongst the malay tribes due to prolong systemic evaporation of trust – a side effect of amalan berpolitik berorientasikan pecah-belah-fitnah driven by the quest for that miracle number, two-third majority.

  14. In the final analysis, it’s easier to be arm-chair critics, sofa analysts, or long distance observers than the actual players…like CT Ali.

Anwar and the gang cannot please everyone….if you cannot stand the heat be like RPK and the gang..

Just continue your small contributions to ABU and stop being grumpy, cranky, and frustrated blogger…Dato’ Din has been doing that for years longer than you…and he is a good model to follow!

  15. PKR is nothing but UMNO team B and rejects from MCA, MIC and Gerakan. Saiful’s dad will turn around and bite PR in the arse. People like Saiful and his dad are nothing but mere opportunists.

  16. Testing testing testing testing…..

  17. for BN Saifool was the sacred Virgin who lost his virginity to the mega – devil of Malaysia such that the government had to step in to avenge the rape of Saifool.
would we be having Saifool exposing the intrigue cooked up by our ‘First man and First woman’ soon for a few dollars more??
