Happy Birthday Tean Rean
October 31, 2001

Tean Rean
Dr Kamsiah and I sincerely wish you Many Happy Returns of the Day and hope that despite depressing news out of BolehLand, you find some time to enjoy this occasion with my family and friends just sabai, sabai.
Well, being caught between Maria Osawa and Paris Hilton is not a bad situation to be in and I think, New Yorker Bean, Salmiah Hassan, Tok Cik , Menyalak-er, Danildaud and others including our UMNO- BN brother, Ilham, will agree on this. For one single moment, we all can agree while we have our differences when it comes to politics.–Din Merican
ps we have added a Louis Armstrong song for you with a kind reminder that we must not lose our capacity to dream.
Waaah …! From this pic alone tean looks like Lee Marvin
Unfortunately, Lee Marvin is now in Arlington National not far from Ted Kennedy.

Cik Salmiah and Catherine, pls forward your pics to Din Merican. Don’t forget to shave before you take those pictures
Mr Bean - October 31, 2009 at 10:05 am
To my friend Tean.
If we do not meet in this world, we’ll meet in the next – where the likes of Marilyn Monroe would be waiting.
Many happy returns once again!
Mr Bean - October 31, 2009 at 10:13 am
Ah! Yes, Lee Marvin. But too me he looks more like , a Shaaril Samad without skulp growth.
How shall we greet someone happy birthday in Mongkut language, i wonder? Anyway , slamat hari jadi bro. Tean.

Rgds.
Tok Cik - October 31, 2009 at 11:42 am
Dear Tean,
Many happy returns of the day – and don’t play overmuch with Ms. Ozawa’s yen.
Menyalak-er - October 31, 2009 at 12:36 pm
I first met Tean at an izakaya or watering hole in Shinjuku or was it Harajuku?? I was then doing a short stint as a Kobe beef salesman. I remember the day Ms. Maria Ozawa walked in and asked me “Show me your meat”.
This song reminds us of a day we spent in Kyoto with maiko-sans. These are younger versions of the Geishas. Believe me you don’t want to spend time with geishas because they are expensive and what’s more they could be your grandmothers’ classmates!
Whatever it is that she’s singing, it doesn’t sound happy. You don’t want to sit next to a sad Japanese lady. You don’t know what she’s gonna do next.
Mr Bean - October 31, 2009 at 12:49 pm
Tean
Many happy returns.

bean ,
din,
read the book ” the eagle has landed ” then you will know why the eagle has flown.
catherine calolot - October 31, 2009 at 5:42 pm
I recommend Ms. Calolot that you read Richard Bach’s Jonathan Livingstone Seagull. I know why the eagle has flown from our country. Even the eagle can’t stand the fact that Malaysia is a corrupt, polluted and lawless place.–Din Merican
dinobeano - October 31, 2009 at 7:43 pm
Within each of us there’s a Jonathan Livingstone Seagull waiting to fly.

I live by the sea and I see lots of seagulls in the early Spring. They stay on during the Summer and leave when Autumn comes. Majestic, white creatures – lonely but free.

Dear friends,
Thank you all for those kind words and happy wishes. It is very thoughtful of Din and his sweetheart to post this for a small “tikus” like me.
To all cyber friends, we are here because our minds bring us here. Many people keep coming to this blog, for different reasons. Din as our host and DJ extraordinary is here everyday because he believes that his actions will contribute to the betterment of our country. He posted articles hoping the world would take note of messages he wants to convey.
Dr. Bean and yours truly are here to support and to exchange views with our local boy from Alor Setar. It is also a place for me to lead everyone to hell by talking about Ms. Ozawa, Ms. Paris Hilton and many more. But whether we will go to hell or heaven is up to each and everyone of us. It is our own minds and our own actions.
Dr. Kam is here to make sure that we, the naughty boys never cross the line of decency and turn this blog into a pornography center. She also acts as a co-blogger because she realised that ” for the evil to succeed it is good enough for the good to do nothing” (Burke). Many other commentators share her views. We think that we can help to make our country a better place for our children and the future generation.
In this space also we whacked Najib, Che Mah Chot, and many others not because we are their enemies or hate them. They happen to be people who are fortunate enough to have power given by the people to run the country but instead of doing that, they misuse our trust and turn around screwing us instead. But sometime, very rarely indeed, we give them credit for doing the right things. However, as we have given them salaries and much more, it is not our business to say thank you for doing the job they are paid to do anyway.
We also support Anwar, LKS and opposition politicians not because we love them or we are stupid enough to be fooled by them. We are here to listen to what they have to say. We will also whacked them for making stupid moves and quarrelling like school kids.
This is my take on why I am here. Others may or may not agree to what I say. I am 50 now and I don’t know how much balance is still in my account given to me to live this life. Whatever, I will take this opportunity to ask for forgiveness if I ever hurt anyone here in this blog space. Other that Din and Dr. Kam I have never meet others. My dear friend, Dr. Bean is from a royal family and I apologise to him for talking to him as though he is just anyone of us.
To me any other human being are all the same because we are here in this circle of suffering of birth, old age , sick and later will be dead and gone. Cut our thin skin and we will see that all of us are just carcasses still walking before we are expired and later cremated or buried in graveyard.
While we still have limited time to live please be happy. Each and everyday I wake up and in my pray I wish that all beings be happy and free.
_________
Good and moving statement Tean. Let me say that you are always welcome on this blog. While we are having a little fun, we have a message to give our leaders and their kakis bodek and that is, we are watching what they are doing when they have power to do good for people who have given them their trust. Don’t screw it because if you do, you will lose that power. They can count themselves lucky if we do not put them behind bars for corruption and abuse of power. We also hope people like ilham, and others can think critically. They too are decent guys, unfortunately made indecent by screwed-up UMNOtitist.–Din Merican

Tean,
At 50 years of age, you still got a long way to go in terms of number of wet dreams. So here goes …
